Who is ”Running Wife in Thailand”? Why running?

Hello, everyone all over the world!🙏 

Yes, I am "Running Wife in Thailand"

In this article, I am going to do myself-introduction briefly.

🌎Where do I live?

Thailand! (Because of my husband's business)

🚺How old am I?

Around 30 years old!

💚Hobbies

-Yoga
-Snowbording
-Motorcycle
-Golf (Not doing much these days... )
-Hiking (Not doing much these days too...)
-Running
-Muay Thay NEW
-Surfing NEW

By the way, me, "Running Wife" is NOT very goot at...
-Cooking (but cooking by myself almost everyday for life lol)
-Reading a book

🏃Any sports experience?

I played basketball when I was in junior high and high school. I gave up doing any sports due to a stress fracture (both ankles).

💭What brings me to jog and run?

I thought that running could make some positive impact on my chronic illness, mild bipolar disorder. It has been several years since I was diagnosed with for the first time.  

With bipolar, my feeling goes up and down, like a big wave. Sometimes, I can spend all day positively, and sometimes I cannot wake up in the morning because of depressed feelings. 

Those days made me both physically and mentally weak. I did understand that's not good for my life, so first-off, I started going for a walk. Second, tried to jog 1km...2km. Then, run more!

Now, my bipolar feelings are pretty much stable thanks to medications and getting used to this environment. Of course, my running routine strengthen stamina in my daily life too.

🔰 Why do we join marathon events in Thailand?

Because it's REASONABLE!  FEEL FREE to join!

My husband and I hope to take part in marathons and running events as many as possible during our stay in Thailand. 

AND,

I want to share this precious running experience with you all. 

This is the reason why I started this blog.
